Service rating : I appreciate the effort for arranging the flower even though the red roses were over. But i booked in advance from the portal and also the greeting card was missing from the arrangement. Purely, from a service standpoint- that`s bordering satisfactory. I do however, appreciate the honesty and transparency of the store in letting me know about the situation via a call.
