Flowers for Everyone offers a professional flower and gift delivery service in the Greater Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne regions. To ensure we meet your service expectations, please make sure to read the important information below about the way we work.

Flowers For Everyone recommends placing all business orders before 1pm and school orders by 9am to secure same-day delivery within standard business and school hours.

SAME DAY DELIVERY ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES

Residential Orders

  • Monday to Friday: Place order before 5pm on the day of delivery.
  • Saturday: Place order before 2pm on the day of delivery.
  • Sunday: Place order before 2pm on the day of delivery.

Business Orders

This is applicable for businesses, restaurants, universities, retirement homes, hospitals etc.

  • Monday to Sunday: Place order before 2pm on the day of delivery.
  • Please ensure you check that the business will be open for the day and time selected for delivery. Additional delivery fees apply if redelivery required due to business being closed at time of delivery.
  • If we determine that a business is not open on the weekend, they will receive their order on the next business day.

School Orders

  • Monday to Friday: Place order before 9am on the day of delivery.
  • No weekend delivery.

SAME DAY DELIVERY TIMES

Monday – Friday: Orders placed for same day delivery will arrive:

  • Anytime by 9:00pm for residential addresses
  • Anytime by 5:00pm for business addresses
  • Anytime by 3:00pm for school addresses

Please note orders placed after 2pm for same day delivery will arrive by 9pm. We cannot guarantee deliveries to businesses or schools for orders placed after this time.

Saturday and Sunday: Orders placed by 2pm for same-day delivery will arrive anytime by 6pm.

Our Standard Delivery Fee Monday to Sunday (Excluding Public Holidays, Valentines Day and Mothers Day): Flowers for Everyone's standard delivery fee is $22.95. Please note: Flowers For Everyone cannot guarantee specific delivery times with our standard delivery service.

We strive to ensure all advertised on our website are available for Click & Collect, though we note certain flowers and/or products may be unavailable due to seasonal or market availability.

If The Recipient Is Not Home

Whilst we understand your order may be a surprise, we recommend confirming someone will be at the address on the day of your requested delivery.

Please note: We will leave your order if safe to do so. If we are unable to deliver your order, additional charges will apply.

Incorrect Delivery Address

We are not responsible if an incorrect address is supplied. There is space for you to provide special delivery instructions in the Delivery Tips for Courier box when you place your order and we encourage you to use it. If we are sent to an incorrect address, additional charges will apply. We strongly advise review of your order confirmation email to ensure all details are correct.

Providing Correct Contact Information

Please ensure that you provide a valid Australian phone number and email address when placing your order. This will allow us to contact you should there be any questions or concerns.

Delivering To Nursing Homes & Hospitals

To ensure prompt delivery, please provide as much information as possible including the ward/room. Please note: In many instances, as per hospital/nursing home guidelines, deliveries must be left with reception. If reception has accepted your delivery, it is at their discretion to ensure your order reaches the recipient.

Gifts Which Include Alcohol & Liquor

Alcohol cannot be sold separately and is sold in conjunction with a gift only. The maximum volume of alcohol cannot exceed 2 Litres. In accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1998, we will not sell or supply alcohol to or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Orders which include alcohol cannot be delivered to the purchaser, nor can it be delivered to or accepted by a minor or left at the premises without being accepted by an adult.

Please note: If nobody is home at the time of delivery, gifts will be left if safe to do so with alcohol returning to our dispatch centre.

Floods & Natural Disasters

We (personally) can't control the weather. In times of sudden weather events and unexpected flooding, we will endeavour to deliver your order as requested. If we are unable to deliver your order, our team will call you to organise alternative delivery arrangements.
