It Is Our Expectation To Meet Your Expectation

Flowers for Everyone guarantees to use the freshest available seasonal flowers and quality products in all our bouquets and arrangements. We guarantee our flowers to last 3-5 days.

If you are unsatisfied with your flowers, please contact us on 1300 664 333 or email sales@flowersforeveryone.com.au within 2 days of delivery so we can work with you to resolve your concerns.

PLEASE NOTE: To assist us in assessing concerns regarding quality, size, flower inclusions and stem counts, you must provide a clear photo of the flowers/product for reference. (We cannot use Proof of Delivery images to open an investigation)

A number of resolutions may be available to you subject to your particular situation.

If a refund is determined, refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original payment method in which the order was purchased.

Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card or by EFTPOS only for which the order was purchased.

A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.
