Flowers For Everyone Delivery Service
Flowers for Everyone offers a professional flower and gift delivery service in the Greater Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne regions. To ensure we meet your service expectations, please make sure to read the important information below about the way we work.
Flowers For Everyone recommends placing all business orders before 1pm and school orders by 10am to secure same-day delivery within standard business and school hours.
Same Day Delivery Cut-Off Times
- Residential Orders: Place by 5pm on the day of delivery.
- Business Orders: Place by 1pm on the day of delivery.
- School Orders: Place by 10am on the day of delivery.
Same Day Delivery Time
Orders placed for same day delivery will arrive within the selected timeframe. Please note: We will do our best to ensure your order is delivered within your time frame.
At times, orders may arrive before or after the selected time frame.
Our delivery guarantee:
Monday to Friday:
- Anytime by 9:00pm for residential addresses
- Anytime by 5:00pm for business addresses
- Anytime by 3:00pm for school addresses
Please note orders placed after 2pm for same day delivery will arrive within the 5 to 9pm delivery window. We cannot guarantee deliveries to businesses or schools for orders in this window.
Saturday: Orders placed by 2PM for same-day delivery will arrive anytime by 6pm.
Sunday (SYDNEY ONLY): Orders placed by 2PM for same day delivery will arrive anytime by 6pm.

There may be times where we are unable to accommodate your order. If this arises, Flowers For Everyone will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Our delivery fee is $19.95.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is now available at the below store:
We strive to ensure all advertised products on our website are available for Click & Collect, though we note certain flowers and/or products in stock may vary between stores.
Our delivery collection windows are available every hour from 10am, Monday to Friday.
If someone else is collecting your order, please notify our team.
Click & Collect options may vary for occasions such as Valentine's Day & Mother's Day.
If the Recipient Is Not Home
Flowers For Everyone acknowledges your order may be a surprise, but we do recommend confirming if someone will be at the address on the day of your requested delivery to ensure the delivery is successful.
Please note: If delivering to a house, we will leave your order by the front door if safe to do so. If delivering to an apartment within a secure complex and we are unable to deliver your order, additional re-delivery charges will apply.
Incorrect Delivery Address
We are not responsible if an incorrect address is supplied. There is a space for you to provide special delivery instructions in the Delivery Tips for Courier box when you place your order, and we encourage you to use it.
If we are sent to an incorrect/incomplete address, additional charges may apply.
We strongly advise you to review your order confirmation email to ensure all details are correct.
Providing Correct Contact Information
Please ensure that you provide a valid phone number and email address when placing your order. This will allow us to contact you should there be any questions, issues or concerns.
Delivering to Nursing Homes & Hospitals
To ensure prompt delivery, please provide as much information as possible including the ward/room information.
Please note: In many instances, as per hospital/nursing home privacy guidelines, deliveries must be left with reception.
By choosing to deliver to an address where strict delivery guidelines may be in place, you are authorising their acceptance of the order. Once accepted, it is their responsibility to ensure your order reaches the recipient and Flowers For Everyone is not liable for any missing items/orders.
Gifts Which Include Alcohol & Liquor
Alcohol cannot be sold separately and is sold in conjunction with a gift only. The maximum volume of alcohol cannot exceed 2 Litres.
In accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1998, we will not sell or supply alcohol to or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.
Orders which include alcohol cannot be delivered to the purchaser, nor can it be delivered to or accepted by a minor or left at the premises without being accepted by an adult.
Please note: If nobody is home at the time of delivery, gifts not including alcohol will be left if safe to do so with alcohol returning to our dispatch centre.
Transport of Vase Arrangements
Arrangements in glass vases are carefully placed in special transportation boxes. The recipient can remove and display the vase upon delivery.

Floods & Natural Disasters
We (personally) can't control the weather. In times of sudden weather events and unexpected flooding, we will endeavour to deliver your order as requested. If we are unable to deliver your order, our team will call you to organise alternative delivery arrangements.
