  • To avoid redelivery fees, please ensure that someone will be available to accept the delivery in the time frame selected.

    Flowers exquisite but delivery driver was a pain

    The flowers were absolutely beautiful. My sister was in awe when she got the bouquet. It was exactly what I was expecting from this company, as I've used them previously and has always been a very positive experience. The thing that let them down this time was the delivery driver who sent me multiple texts wanting explicit instructions as to how to find the apartment building. I even had to send screenshots of the map and of the front of the building, describing the gate colour etc. The name of the complex is plainly written on the front gate so not sure what made it so difficult. They delivered to this address previously too, without a problem. Maybe a new driver who needs more training? It was just inconvenient as I was in the middle of a physio session.

    Perfect Flowers for my sister's 60th wedding anniversary

    There were lots of options for the flowers so I was able to find something perfect for my sister. They arrived on time. My sister said they're perfect and loved that the lillies will open later. Everyone who came to her home was impressed.
