Residential Orders
- Monday to Friday: Place order before 5pm on the day of delivery.
- Saturday & Sunday: Place order before 2pm on the day of delivery.
Business Orders
This is applicable for businesses, restaurants, universities, retirement homes, hospitals etc.
- Monday to Sunday: Place order before 2pm on the day of delivery.
- To avoid redelivery fees, please ensure that someone will be available to accept the delivery in the time frame selected.
School Orders
- Monday to Friday: Place order before 9am on the day of delivery.
- No weekend delivery.
Please note orders placed after 1pm for same day delivery Monday to Friday will arrive by 9pm. We cannot guarantee deliveries to businesses or schools for orders placed after this time.
Saturday and Sunday: Orders placed by 2pm for same-day delivery will arrive anytime by 6pm.

While not a major issue, I was surprised to see that all of the flowers delivered (Birthday roses) were open. I expected, possibly incorrectly, that there would be some stems included that were either partially open or still buds; thus meaning the arrangement would last longer.

I ordered the forever in love rose bouquet for my mum’s birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged exactly like the photos (if not better!). Mum was so happy and felt special when they arrived haha. Delivery was smooth even though the weather was terrible, which made the surprise even more perfect. I’ve been using flowers for everyone for the last 4 years and honestly was never disappointed. And remember that you pay for quality. Thank you for making mama’s day so beautiful and special.

Family are not great at taking photos and this may not do its justice but in real life it honestly looked amazing and look at the smile on mama’s face💕 isn’t she just gorgeous with her gorgeous flowers 💐
