Service rating : I think you guys have a great company, but in regards to services it might be a little lacking. Twice i made a little request in the "instruction" box. Twice it was ignored. The first request, I asked to be contacted via mobile phone when the flowers arrives. 2nd request, because there wasn`t box to tick in regards when I want the flowers to be delivered, I asked for the flowers to be delivered at 5pm. The flowers ended up arriving at 12:30pm. If I were to ever order from your company again, I expect some sort of acknowledgement whether my request could be met or not.
Product : My past experience with your company has always been good. I always get the peonies cause it`s my girlfriend`s favourite flower. But this time when I bought the 15stem peony, I wasn`t quite happy about it. 15 stems, more than half of them were already losing its petals and dying. Back then the peonies I got from your company would last about almost a week with good care, this time it barely made it to the second day.
