Product : The flower had the desired affect however 2 observations:
1. Although notified delivery took place at around 11.30 am the actual flower did not reach my wife until mid-afternoon. I ma guessing it sat at the Reception counter for awhile.
2. By the time it made it to my wife`s desk the stem of the orchid was broken so not sure how long it will survive. Perhaps you could SMS the recipient to say ` there is a parcel at Reception for you`.

Service rating : Despite joining as a member to get the 10% discount, this discount didn`t work, I paid full price $59 even after calling the shop number, the lady said the discount would apply, it never did, that was disappointing.
Also, the flowers were actually delivered at 10pm to my mother-in-laws room when lights were out on the ward. I was advised she would receive them between 3-6pm.
Product : My mother-in-law was happy with the orchid, she said as she was leaving, everyone was asking her to leave it behind!

Service rating : The product was to be a surprise for my granddaughter but was never delivered and nil advice was provided to me of this failure to deliver, I had to contact Flowers for everyone four days later to find out what happened and request my refund. They spoiled the surprise and did nothing to rectify the situation even when they had my contact details.
