I paid with paypal and the payment wasn`t confirmed with FFE and therefore the order didn`t get processed properly (despite the payment being completed). I phoned the next day and the customer service was good and they offered a delivery that day with a free box of chocolates. This was good service but a shame it didn`t get delivered on the correct day. I paid a premium for a delivery before 4pm but the delivery didn`t arrive until 5.15pm. Customer service did call to apologise for the late delivery which was good but it is disappointing that I paid extra for a service that wasn`t provided.
