SAME DAY DELIVERY ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES
Residential Orders
- Monday to Friday: Place order before 5pm on the day of delivery.
- Saturday: Place order before 2pm on the day of delivery.
- Sunday: Place order before 2pm on the day of delivery for Sydney ONLY. We currently do not provide Sunday delivery in Brisbane.
Business Orders
This is applicable for businesses, restaurants, universities, retirement homes, hospitals etc.
- Monday to Sunday: Place order before 2pm on the day of delivery. Sunday delivery in Sydney only.
- If a business is not open on the weekend, they will receive their order on the next business day.
School Orders
- Monday to Friday: Place order before 10am on the day of delivery.
- No weekend delivery.

Monday – Friday: Orders placed for same day delivery will arrive:
- Anytime by 7:00pm for residential addresses
- Anytime by 5:00pm for business addresses
- Anytime by 3:00pm for school addresses
Please note orders placed after 2pm for same day delivery will arrive by 9pm. We cannot guarantee deliveries to businesses or schools for orders placed after this time.
Saturday and Sunday: Orders placed by 2PM for same-day delivery will arrive anytime by 6pm.

Red Tulips are a spectacular gift, and the boxed flowers brought great delight to the recipient when delivered. However, even though each stem had a little water bag, they still flopped over to 90 degrees.
The recipient did rectify the situation by citing the stems and tied the blooms together in a vase, and with a few hours they had resurrected.
It may be worth including instructions with tulips.

Red Tulips arrived on time and in good condition, but weren’t straight. They looked like they all grew in one direction and so the stems were C-shaped. This made them look weirdly drooped in a vase, such that all the flowers pointed down at the floor. Kind of depressing for Mother’s Day.
Read online that you could straighten tulips by wrapping them tightly in newspaper and leaving them in water for 4 hours, which worked! Photo attached.
I had ordered a purple tulip bouquet from FFE last Mother’s Day and they were perfect. Photo attached with them in the same vase. This company is usually reliable, I just wished the florist had straightened the tulips beforehand.
