Customer service was quick and responsive when I asked for an extra touch of pink balloons to be added to the arrangement. I had the balloons sent to my daughter’s school for her 13th birthday, and she was absolutely blown away. I work 3 jobs, so it can be hard to make every day feel special for my kids, but this really made her feel celebrated. She loved the fancy chocolates and felt so special all day. Delivery was smooth and informative, and the whole process was stress-free. Thank you for helping make her 13th birthday so much more memorable!
