Service rating : I very impressed with the service. I mistakenly put in the wrong recipient address and when I’d realised, they were closed (9pm), so I sent an urgent email to them explaining the situation. I appreciate its a busy time of year, and I don`t like to leave bad reviews, but my experience was pretty unpleasant. For the price I paid, I expected more. The flowers didn`t arrive till around 6 PM, which is pretty poor. Not only that, but I was called the day of and they let me know they`d run out of stock of the product I`d bought (Happy Birthday chocolate freckle), and they were to substitute it with something else (hazelnut choc). While it was kind that they also added in something extra for me, I let them know my recipient doesn`t like choc-covered nuts (shes picky, but its her birthday, so obviously I want her to like her gift!!!), and was interrupted with a passive-aggressive "I`m sure she will, they`re a top seller and my personal favourite". I felt it a bit rude, given that it wasn`t what I ordered, and I wasn`t given any choice. Even plain chocolate would`ve been better!!! I don`t like to feel like a whinger, especially over chocolate, but I think it common courtesy to not assume any substitute would do (what if she was allergic to nuts?). Read More |
