Can I order flowers in advance? 

Yes of course! Simply select your desired delivery date at the checkout and leave the rest to us. Our friendly and reliable delivery team will keep track of your order so it arrives on time. 


Can I send a card and personalised message with my order?

Yes, you most certainly can. At the checkout you will be able to add a personalised message (up to 250 characters) to go alongside your order. The message will be printed as written on our gorgeous complimentary Flowers for Everyone message cards. Alternatively you can purchase an occasion specific gift card with

any order. 


Can I edit my personalised message?

You most certainly can! via the edit link on your confirmation text message. 


How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation/tax invoice to the provided email address, along with a confirmation text message if a mobile number was provided. 


Can I make changes to an order?

We are happy to make any necessary changes to your order where possible. This includes changes of address, delivery instructions, card messages, flowers or gift items, provided your order is not already on board with our couriers or has been delivered. We recommend contacting our Customer Service Team on 1800

66 66 46 as soon as possible.

What are the COVID-19 delivery procedures? 

Your health and safety is a priority for us at Flowers for Everyone. We are a COVID-safe accredited supplier, which is why we've implemented a low-touch policy and COVID safety plan for all deliveries. This is to help keep our team, couriers and the public safe during these uncertain times. The policy has been implemented as follows:

  • Couriers will not be required to collect physical signatures on delivery
  • Strict social distancing is adhered to when delivering orders. We have implemented contactless deliveries where it is safe to do so. When dropping off an order our couriers will knock and leave the delivery on the doorstep to avoid close contact. As much as we would love to be able to hand-deliver your order, we hope you understand this policy to help keep our community safe. 
  • Couriers delivering to businesses will leave deliveries at the reception desk where possible
  • Couriers must regularly sanitise and are encouraged to wear face masks and/or gloves where possible


How much does flower delivery cost?

We have a delivery fee of $14.95, this also applies to Saturday deliveries. See our delivery info page for further information. 


Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes we sure do! Orders for same day delivery must be placed before 2pm (AEST) Monday-Friday, and 12pm (AEST) and 11am (AWST) on Saturdays. There is no additional charge for same day flower deliveries.


When will my delivery arrive?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, however all residential orders must be delivered between the hours of 7am-7pm (AEST) Monday-Friday. 

Orders placed before 2pm (AEST) will be safely delivered anytime before 9am-5pm for business addresses Monday-Friday.

Our couriers guarantee all orders placed before 12pm (AEST) and 11am (AWST) on Saturday will be delivered by 5pm the same day.


Can you deliver to nursing homes or hospitals?

Yes we can! To ensure a prompt delivery please provide as much information as possible in regards to the ward/room number. It should be noted that in many hospitals, deliveries must be left with reception to be passed on to the recipient in line with hospital policies. 

Flowers for Everyone are unable to accept responsibility if the gift was subsequently not passed on to the recipient. Please contact our Customer Support team on 1800 66 66 46 if you want further details of who received your order. Alternatively, you can send an email to sales@flowersforeveryone.com.au


Can I request a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time as we deliver to the whole of greater Sydney via a third party courier. Where possible, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 


What happens if I provide the wrong delivery address?

Unfortunately Flowers for Everyone is unable to accept responsibility if an incorrect address is supplied. Please ensure all delivery details have been entered correctly. 

If our drivers are sent to an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge may apply to redirect the delivery.


What happens if the recipient isn’t home when the flower delivery arrives?

We do request you check someone will be at the address at the selected time, prior to ordering. If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the gift in a

secure place if it is deemed safe to do so.


For any delivery that is deemed unsafe, our driver will leave a calling card for the recipient. Should a re-delivery or re-direction be required, we will do our best to return to the

address the same day (additional delivery charges may apply).


Do you deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays?

Unfortunately we do not deliver on Sundays (except for Mother's Day) or Public Holidays.

What happens if my delivery suburb isn’t listed? 

We work hard to deliver our beautiful gifts and bouquets across Australia. Unfortunately we can only reach so far and we do apologise if we do not deliver to the requested suburb.



Can I cancel an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared or out for delivery. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 50% of the total order value. Early cancellations made before our 24 hour cancellation period will incur a $15 administration fee. What is your freshness guarantee? 

As a family owned and operated business we understand the importance of a happy customer. To ensure that special someone gets the most out of their blooms, Flowers for

Everyone guarantees to use the freshest available seasonal blooms and quality product in all our bouquets and flower arrangements.

We go to great lengths to source only the freshest product for our customers. On average, most flowers should last between 3 and 5 days. If you are unsatisfied with your flowers after following our simple care instructions, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the flowers so our Customer Service Team can take
