Monday - Saturday Deliveries (Excluding Public Holidays): Flowers for Everyone's standard delivery fee is $14.95.

 

SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE

Monday - Friday: Online orders placed BEFORE 2:00pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) are guaranteed to arrive anytime by 7:00pm for residential deliveries, anytime by 5:00pm for business deliveries, and anytime by 3:00pm for school deliveries on the same day.

 

Saturday: Our fleet of drivers guarantee that orders placed online or by phone BEFORE 12.00pm AEST on Saturday will be safely delivered by 5:00pm the same day.

 

MELBOURNE

Monday - Friday: Online orders placed BEFORE 1:00 pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) are guaranteed to arrive anytime by 7:00pm for residential deliveries, anytime by 5:00pm for business deliveries, and anytime by 3:00pm for school deliveries on the same day.

WESTERN AUSTRALIA

Monday - Saturday: Online orders placed BEFORE 11:00am AWST (Australian Western Standard Time) are guaranteed to arrive anytime by 7:00pm for residential deliveries, anytime by 5:00pm for business deliveries, and anytime by 3:00pm for school deliveries on the same day.

 

Delivery on Sunday or Public Holidays: Sunday (except for Mother's Day) or Public Holiday deliveries are not available. Should you select Sunday or a Public Holiday for delivery, your order will automatically be delivered on the NEXT business day.

COVID-19 DELIVERY PROCEDURES

Your health and safety is a priority for us at Flowers for Everyone. We are a COVID-safe accredited supplier, which is why we've implemented a low-touch policy and COVID safety plan for all deliveries. This is to help keep our team, couriers and the public safe during these uncertain times. The policy has been implemented as follows:

  • Couriers will not be required to collect physical signatures on delivery
  • Strict social distancing is adhered to when delivering orders. We have implemented contactless deliveries where it is safe to do so. When dropping off an order our couriers will knock and leave the delivery on the doorstep to avoid close contact. As much as we would love to be able to hand-deliver your order, we hope you understand this policy to help keep our community safe. 
  • Couriers delivering to businesses will leave deliveries at the reception desk where possible
  • Couriers must regularly sanitise and are encouraged to wear face masks and/or gloves where possible

 

REQUESTING SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES

Where necessary, a specific delivery time can be requested directly with our sales team on 1800 66 66 46 or sales@flowersforeveryone.com.au. Please note that although we will endeavour to do our best to fulfill your request, it unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. How far in advance you place our order does not have any impact on the time your order will be delivered.

For special funeral service delivery requests, we also suggest that you contact our Customer Care Team directly on 1800 66 66 46 or email sales@flowersforeveryone.com.au.

 

URGENT VIP DELIVERY SERVICE

Please note that due to Covid, the below VIP service is unavailable. However, we endeavour to reinstate this service as soon as we can.

When it's urgent, it's urgent. At Flowers For Everyone, we get this. To arrange an express delivery, simply get in touch with us directly, or select the VIP delivery option at checkout when placing your order online.

Selecting a VIP Delivery Online: Our VIP delivery options are available for selection when placing your order online. Simply choose the time you wish to have your flowers arrive by when selecting your delivery preference at checkout. We offer VIP deliveries for business and residential locations from Monday to Saturday. 

 

VIP DELIVERY CHARGES: 

Standard: $14.95

Delivery by 11am: $27.95

Delivery by 12pm: $25.95

Delivery by 1pm: $23.95

Delivery by 2pm: $22.95

Delivery by 3pm: $21.95

 

IMPORTANT: Additional charges for urgent deliveries will apply. Please allow 3-5 hours notice for a VIP delivery so that we can ensure your order is delivered on time.

 

IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME

We do request that you check prior to ordering that someone will be at the address on the day of your requested delivery. If no one is at the given address to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the gift if it safe to do so.

 

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Flowers For Everyone is not responsible if an incorrect address is supplied. Please be sure that you enter all the correct details at the time of ordering, and please enter as much information as possible. There is space for you to provide special delivery instructions when you place your order, and we encourage you to use it. If we are sent to an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge may apply to redirect the delivery.

 

PROVIDING CORRECT CONTACT INFORMATION

Please ensure that you provide a valid phone number and email address when placing your order. This will allow us to contact you should there be any questions or concerns. Please read our privacy statement if you have any concerns regarding your privacy.

 

DELIVERING TO NURSING HOMES & HOSPITALS

Flowers For Everyone delivers to nursing homes and hospitals. To ensure a prompt delivery, please provide as much information as possible in regards to the ward/room number. It should be noted that in many hospitals, deliveries must be left with reception to be passed on to the recipient in line with hospital policies. 

Flowers for Everyone are unable to accept responsibility if the gift was subsequently not passed on to the recipient. Please contact our Customer Care Team on 1800 66 66 46 if you want further details of who received your order. Alternatively, you can send an email to sales@flowersforeveryone.com.au.

 

GIFTS WHICH INCLUDE ALCOHOL AND LIQUOR 

Flowers For Everyone sells food hampers and flower arrangements that both may be delivered with alcohol as gifts. This alcohol cannot be sold separately, but rather, may form part of a genuine gift only. The maximum volume of alcohol cannot exceed 2 Litres. In accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1998, we do not sell or supply alcohol to, or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Gifts which include alcohol cannot be delivered to the orderer/purchaser, nor can it be delivered to, or accepted by a minor, nor can the gift be left at the premises without being accepted by an adult.

Gifts must be delivered between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm.
