If you are unhappy with your flowers after our simple care instructions have been followed, we urge you to contact us within 72 hours of receipt of flowers for a full replacement of your order. For further details regarding how we implement our replacement policy, please refer to the information below.
Although Flowers for Everyone take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products, there is no exact science to predict exactly how long our flowers will last.
In addition to flowers being fragile and perishable products, there are many variables that can impact on their longevity. They will react to their immediate indoor environment (eg. air conditioning and heating) and external weather conditions (such as extreme heat). Once our product is dispatched for delivery, a number of changes in their surroundings may also result in reduced longevity that is out of control.
To assist you with getting the most out of your flowers, we include a 'Care Instruction Card' with all deliveries. Our care instructions must be followed thoroughly to get the ultimate life span out of your blooms.
On average, most flowers should last between 3 and 5 days. Should your flowers perish within three (3) days of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, Flowers for Everyone are happy to resend replacement flowers at our expense, on a day/time you request.
Flowers for Everyone does however, require that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to the Flowers for Everyone Customer Service within 3 days of delivery by calling us on 1800 66 66 46 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
IMPORTANT: To assist us in assessing the product quality, Flowers for Everyone also reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers (sent by text or email) within three days of the delivery date. This is a standard request that all florists will ask for in the event of customer complaints. Images also help us to show growers/suppliers what has happened to the product they have provided us with.
As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call our Customer Service Department on 1800 66 66 46 FREE or email email@example.com within three (3) days of the delivery date to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your flowers sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you, subject to your particular situation.

Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only. We endeavour to ensure all arrangements delivered are identical to the images advertised on our website. However, flowers, plants, wrapping and containers are seasonal and/or subject to availability and supply on the day of your delivery. In this instance our florists will do their best to substitute the unavailable product with an item of similar quality and value, to complement the image on our website. This policy also applies to ensure your delivery is dispatched on time, for the delivery date requested, and that the recipient receives the best possible blooms available on the day of delivery.
Some flowers are affected by delivery and freight schedules. Should this be the case we will endeavour to advise you of the situation.
Monday to Friday Delivery (Excluding Public Holidays): Flowers for Everyone's standard delivery fee is $14.95. Online orders placed BEFORE 2:00 pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) for business deliveries are guaranteed to arrive (anytime) by 5pm on the same day. Online orders placed BEFORE 1:00 pm AEST for residential deliveries are guaranteed to be delivered (anytime) by 7.00pm.
Saturday Deliveries: Our standard $16.95 flat delivery fee applies to Saturdays. Our fleet of drivers guarantee that orders placed online or by phone BEFORE 12.00 p.m. AEST on Saturday will be safely delivered by 5pm the same day.
Delivery on Sunday or Public Holidays: Sunday (except for Mother's Day) or Public Holiday deliveries are not available. Should you select Sunday or a Public Holiday for delivery, your order will automatically be delivered on the NEXT business day. If you require urgent delivery on a Sunday or Public Holiday, please contact us by telephone on 1800 66 66 46 FREE or 61 2 9888 3878 PRIOR to placing your order to check whether this is possible. Please Note: Additional delivery charges will apply.

Simply choose the time you wish to have your flowers arrive by when selecting your delivery preference at checkout. We offer VIP deliveries for Business and Residential locations from Monday to Saturday.

IMPORTANT: Additional charges for urgent deliveries will apply. Please allow 3-5 hours notice for a VIP delivery, so that we can ensure your order is delivered on time.
We do request that you check prior to ordering that someone will be at the address on the day of your requested delivery. If no one is at the given address to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the gift if it safe to do so. If for some reason it is not safe leave we will leave a calling card and do our best to return to the address the same day, however, an additional delivery charge may apply.
Flowers for Everyone is not responsible if an incorrect address is supplied. Please be sure that you enter all the correct details at time of ordering and please enter as much information as possible. There is space for you to provide any special delivery instructions when you place your order and we encourage you to use it. If we are sent to an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge may apply to redirect the delivery.
As Valentine's Day is one of the busiest days in the florist calendar, we will be working around the clock in the weeks leading up to, and on Valentine's Day, to coordinate the logistics of delivering your roses. We would like to emphasise the following conditions around delivery on this super romantic, yet super busy day!
Due to the volume of deliveries we experience between 12th - 14th February 2021, our online orders are restricted to the Valentine's range only for these dates to ensure quality control. We're unable to customise orders beyond what is available on our website.
It's not possible for us to provide or guarantee delivery times. Valentine's Day gifts and roses will be delivered anytime between 7am - 5pm (business), 7am - 7pm (residential) and 7am - 3pm (schools). The date you place your order won't be relevant to the time it is delivered due to logistical requirements.
If our couriers are unable to leave your flowers (because it is unsafe to do so, or the delivery address is incorrect), the order is returned to our design studio. Our team will then get in touch to reschedule your delivery. In these instances, a re-delivery fee will apply.
Orders with alcohol cannot be left unattended or be accepted by a minor.
You can submit a personalised card message at the time of ordering. If you wish to change your card message, you can do so by emailing our team at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 1800 66 66 46. Please note no amendments to card messages can be made after 6pm Saturday 6th February 2021.
As of 6pm Wednesday 10th February 2021, any order that has been placed for delivery between 12th - 14th February will not be able to be amended. If you wish to add items, a new order will need to be placed. Change of addresses can not be altered after this time. Alternatively, if you wish to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of $15.00 will apply.
Due to logistics we're unable to redirect your order to a different address on the day. Please see notes above for cut-off times to change order details.
Mothers Day delivery is available for this Sunday 13th May 2018. Our standard delivery service for Sunday is $18.95. Deliveries to businesses will be made anytime between 9am and 5pm, and deliveries to residences will be made between 8.30am and 7pm. Due to the high volume of orders we receive at this time, we are unable to guarantee time requests or specific delivery times as per our standard delivery service policy. Our VIP delivery service will not be available between 11th to 13th May. Please call us on 1800 66 66 46 if you require further information.

Flowers for Everyone sells food hampers and flower arrangements that both may be delivered with alcohol as gifts. This alcohol cannot be sold separately, but rather, may form part of a genuine gift only. The maximum volume of alcohol cannot exceed 2 Litres. In accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1998, we do not sell or supply alcohol to, or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Gifts which include alcohol cannot be delivered to the orderer/purchaser, nor can it be delivered to, or accepted by a minor, nor can the gift be left at the premises without being accepted by a adult.
Gifts must be delivered between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
