Couldn`t rate highly enough the overall experience and I was literally half a world away ( living in Scotland and having flowers, chocolates and champagne delivered in Australia ).

Was the first time I ordered from Flowers for Everyone. Was an easy online order process, with the option to add instructions for the delivery. I ordered the Pretty in Pink boxed flowers, chocolates and a card for a birthday and they were received first thing in the morning of the date I selected. The person I sent them to said the flowers were beautiful and she loved the chocolates. I will definitely use this service again.

1. Cheap card for the price been charged
2. I edited the message but on delivery old message was there
3. I requested to be delivered after 2pm but delivered before 10am
4. Very expensive products for average service

Service rating : The products are good and the delivery is great! The problem is the ordering online. I have had many issues the last two times I have ordered. I joined the flower club and should be getting 10% off but the system never recognizes that. I have spent too much time sending emails trying to correct this issue!!

Messaged following day (due day) that not enough of chosen flower available asked if other colours to be substituted. Unfortunately any surprise was spoilt because the recipient received the call asking about the flower change. Very annoyed.
