The ordering on line was very simple and user friendly. I was contacted to say that my chosen colour was not available and would I be happy with a different colour which was great, rather than a decision being made for me. I spoke to the recipient and she said the flowers were beautiful and the flowers still going strong when she came out of hospital a few days later. I was in Sydney and she in Perth so I had to have faith in the florist and it paid off. This was not the first time I have used flowers for everyone and it certainly won`t be the last. Thank you.

Service rating : Flowers looks quite different from what was shown as pictures on the website. Get well soon balloon was not delivered together with the flowers at the first time and no one replied when I emailed to ask. Finally got in touch via facebook and your staff kindly offered to run up the balloon as they are at the hospital at that moment. Kind of them that they gave my friend an extra box of chocolates as apology.
