2023-07-14		Service rating : I had made a special long distance order (Hong Kong to Sydney) of a dozen sunflowers for bff’s birthday. I had even especially selected flowers from the section titled “flowers in season” and chose sunflowers based on the lovely pic on the website. But the delivery that arrived was a huge huge disappointment. Only one flower was in bloom but in a dying fashion and the others were barely alive. In a nutshell the sunflowers looked absolutely awful. When one receives a surprise delivery of flowers, one should feel pure joy, but in this case it was massive dismay and it was definitely not worth the AU$ 107 (inclusive delivery charge) that was paid for the flowers. Surely from a customer support side, if the product requested was not up to standard, someone should have followed up a call or emailed me to recommend alternative selection of flowers. We have even emailed customer service and have received no feedback so far. Product : When you receive a bouquet of flowers you would expect them to look radiant and in bloom.
