Service rating : Please see previous comment regarding quality and presentation of bouquet Product : As a new customer to your website and someone who purchases a lot of flowers for both work and home I was surprised by the quality of some of the roses. From open to a couple of wilting I was disappointed with the arrangement in particular especially when you compare it to the images on the website.
