I placed my order in Victoria for delivery to NSW at 10 am but flowers were not delivered until 6pm. I called Customer Service at 5.50 and was told they were in transit and delivery would be at 6pm. I received an email at 6 pm to notify me of delivery and my friend said they arrived at 6pm and they were lovely and fresh, so I was very happy. Where there are additional products marketed in addition to flowers, and given the price tag , customer should have option to pick an alternative if those marketed products are not available.
