Residential Orders

  • Monday to Friday: Place order before 5pm on the day of delivery.
  • Saturday & Sunday: Place order before 2pm on the day of delivery.

Business Orders

This is applicable for businesses, restaurants, universities, retirement homes, hospitals etc.

  • Monday to Sunday: Place order before 2pm on the day of delivery.
  • To avoid redelivery fees, please ensure that someone will be available to accept the delivery in the time frame selected.

School Orders

  • Monday to Friday: Place order before 9am on the day of delivery.
  • No weekend delivery.

Please note orders placed after 1pm for same day delivery Monday to Friday will arrive by 9pm. We cannot guarantee deliveries to businesses or schools for orders placed after this time.

Saturday and Sunday: Orders placed by 2pm for same-day delivery will arrive anytime by 6pm.

CENTRAL COAST & GOLD COAST

  • For same-day delivery, place your order before 11am, Monday to Sunday.
  • Orders placed after 11am will be delivered the following day.

    A little Disappointed

    Disappointed with balloon I ordered, firstly it wasn't the one I chose which was 'Happy Retirement' it did say 'Congrats' which is okay, but I would have liked the original or a call to say it wasn't in stock. Secondly as the team member handed the parcel over to my mum the balloon popped. Disappointed nothing was said? I only found out when my mum sent me a photo and I queried the flat balloon a few days later. She didn't want to tell me as she new i'd be disappointed.
