Service rating : website was good to work through when ordering, however the customer service when i rang to get an update on the delivery time, was useless. They could only provide an approximate of 12pm - 5pm after my putting in a special request asking for a early morning delivery.
It altered our surprise for the recipient as the card we sent with the delivery had the plans that were made for the afternoon and they needed some notice to prepare for these plans. very disappointed.

I had a bit of trouble selecting a date for the flowers to be delivered, since it didn`t specify why I couldn`t have something delivered on a certain date. Service rating : I actually was very disappointed, when you order flowers to be delivered to someone there is usually an important reason...and the flowers I ordered did not arrive..they were lost in the system!
When I called to find out what was going on, two days after they should have been delivered, the girl I spoke to was a little abrupt on the phone and then at the end of the call said she would have them delivered that very day and that the flowers would be upsized for the inconvenience...
When the flowers arrived, they definitely weren’t upsize, they were actually the exact flowers I had orders!
I won’t be using this company again!
Mistakes happen, I get that but, then to promise something and not deliver..that’s another thing!

When I filtered for Perth only there were still a number of bouquets on the available list that were actually unavailable in Perth, this made the shopping experience very frustrating. Last but not least I`m happy the flowers arrived early, however this made me glad I didn`t pay extra for early flower delivery, this option seems misleading in hindsight. Based on my online shopping experience I will be looking for an alternative to Flowers for Everyone.
