Service rating : I booked well in advance of the required delivery date. The hamper was delivered on the requested date, to the specification as per the pictures on the website. Product : I had no idea of a an expected delivery timeframe so when the hamper was still not delivered by early evening I rang the helpline to see if the order had an issue. It was confirmed that the order was about 1 hour away. I appreciate I got a delivery confirmation once the hamper was delivered - it may be better to send a confirmation once the order is loaded into the van for delivery which would give a better idea of delivery timeframe Read More |
