Flowers for Everyone offer a professional flower and gift delivery service in the Greater Sydney region. To ensure we meet your service expectations, please make sure to read the important information below about the way we work.
Flowers For Everyone recommends placing any business orders before 2pm on the day of delivery, and schools by 11am to ensure same day delivery within business and school hours.
If The Recipient Is Not Home
We recommend you check prior to ordering that someone will be at the address on the day of your requested delivery. If no one answers the door to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the gift, if it is safe to do so. If a valid mobile is placed on the order, the recipient will receive a text notification to let them know they have a delivery at the door.
You can use the 'Delivery Tips for Courier' box in the online checkout process, to give specifics about where flowers can be left safely if the recipient may be unavailable. Please note - our drivers may call the recipient if they are experiencing difficulties accessing the premises.
Please note: If we were unable to deliver your order, re-delivery charges may apply.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Flowers for Everyone is not responsible if an incorrect address is supplied. Please be sure to enter all the correct details at the time of ordering, and enter as much information as possible. There is space for you to provide special delivery instructions in the Delivery Tips for Courier box when you place your order, and we encourage you to use it. If we are sent to an incorrect address, additional charges may apply.
Providing Correct Contact Information
Please ensure that you provide a valid phone number and email address when placing your order. This will allow us to contact you should there be any questions or concerns. Please read our privacy statement if you have any concerns regarding your privacy.
Delivering To Nursing Homes & Hospitals
Flowers For Everyone delivers to nursing homes and hospitals throughout Greater Sydney. To ensure prompt delivery, please provide as much information as possible in regards to the ward/room.
Please note: In many instances, as per hospital/nursing home guidelines, deliveries must be left with reception. If reception has accepted your delivery, it is at their discretion to ensure your order reaches the recipient.
Gifts Which Include Alcohol & Liquour
Flowers for Everyone sells food hampers and flower arrangements that both may be delivered with alcohol as gifts. This alcohol cannot be sold separately. The maximum volume of alcohol cannot exceed 2 Litres. In accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1998, we do not sell or supply alcohol to, or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Orders which include alcohol cannot be delivered to the orderer/purchaser, nor can it be delivered to, or accepted by a minor or left at the premises without being accepted by an adult.
Gifts must be delivered between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm.
Please note: If nobody is home at the time of delivery, Flowers For Everyone is unable to leave any alcohol at the premises. In this instance, gifts not including alcohol will be left if safe to do so, and alcohol returned to our dispatch centre.
Transport Of Vase Arrangements
Please note that arrangements designed in glass vases are carefully placed in a special transportation box. The vase will remain inside the transportation box upon delivery, ready for the recipient to remove and display.

Floods & Natural Disasters
Flowers For Everyone can't control the weather. In times of sudden weather events and unexpected flooding, we will endeavour to deliver your order as requested.
There may be a chance that our attempts to deliver your order may not be successful. For the safety of our team and your recipient, we are unable to send our couriers into flood-affected areas. Not to worry, our team will call you to organise alternative delivery arrangements.
As a family owned and operated company, Flowers for Everyone take great pride in the quality of our products and services. We are in the business of helping people to feel good and/or celebrate through our flowers, and it is at the heart of everything we do. Operating since 1999, Flowers for Everyone aim to purchase the majority of its flowers and foliage directly from local farmers wherever possible, to ensure the best quality, fresh flowers are hand selected every day.
We are, however, selling a natural product that is fragile and perishable, ie. they have a limited life span, and we are unable to give an exact number of days they will remain fresh. Flowers will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions, and unfortunately once our product is dispatched for delivery, a number of changes in their surrounding condition may result in their longevity being reduced that is out of our control.
To assist, Flowers for Everyone include a Care Catalogue with all deliveries. Our care instructions must be followed thoroughly in order to maximise the life span and enjoyment of your flowers. To assist in prolonging their life, we recommend cutting the stems on a sharp angle and changing the water in the vase every two days. Air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in climate may also have an adverse effect on the flowers. Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult for Flowers for Everyone to guarantee the flower quality and longevity in every case.
On average, most flowers should last between 3 and 5 days. Should your flowers perish within three (3) days of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, Flowers for Everyone will be happy to resend replacement flowers at our expense, on a day/time you request. To assist us in assessing the product quality, Flowers for Everyone reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers (sent by text or email) within three days of the delivery date. This is a standard request that all florists will ask for in the event of customer complaints. IMPORTANT: To assist us in quality control, it is our policy to collect the original flowers so that we can show our growers/suppliers what has happened. As we are sure you can understand, we cannot arrange to resend fresh flowers if the original flowers have already been disposed of, or images within three days of delivery are unavailable.
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Flowers for Everyone at minimum 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery. Cancellations received after the applicable period stated above (ie. if delivery is on the same day) are void. You may opt for the full refund value to be issued in the form of a gift voucher or as a credit on your online Flowers for Everyone Member Dashboard to avoid an administrative fee. As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call our Customer Service Department on 1800 66 66 46 within three (3) days of delivery date to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your flowers sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.
Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased or to the paypal account, if that form of payment is selected. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.
