We order balloons for or college who is in the Hospital. The deliver said the hospital couldn`t find the patient`s name so it wasn`t delivered. But she was there. Now they want to charge extra 54 dollars to re-send it because they have to inflate the balloons again. P.S no one called me to tell about it and try to fix it straight away.

I am located in the US. Having never purchased flowers internationally, Flowers for Everyone made the transaction so easy! There is a 16 hour time difference and Emily responded quickly via email. She was also kind enough to verify their Customer Concierge was able to confirm the hospital room my aunt was in, and when the arrangement was on its way to the hospital!
