2020-12-20 It was easy to get hold of customer service. Only issue was not being able to specify a time for delivery, but the delivery driver went above and beyond when it was outside the requested time and took the balloons directly to my sister at home. If it wasn’t for this my review would have been 1 star. Nice when you are turned around.
