Service rating : The delivery person did not hand the flowers to my partner, just dropped them on the desk and stated "These are for Catherine" and proceeded to walk out without confirming she was even in the Australia Post Shop. Service rating : Firstly, you were supposed to send me an email when the flowers were going to be dispatched but I NEVER GOT ONE!! Do you have any idea that I didn’t sleep that evening because I’m in the UK and was watching out for it if you sent the flowers already.
