Special Event ordering information and Flower Quality;
For any order placed less than 24 hours before a significant period (i.e Valentines Day, Mother's day or Christmas) customers must be aware and understand that the order will be executed as an 'open order'. This means that substitutions may need to be made in order to execute your request in time for the special occasion.  Whilst every effort will be made in order to fulfill your order requirements as close to the original product picture as possible, this cannot be guaranteed. Any order placed after 10.00am the day prior to the day of delivery, will be classified as an 'open order' and will be executed accordingly.

We understand how much a simple (or elaborate) floral gift can mean, and so we deeply appreciate your business. We pride ourselves on not just happy customers, but delighted customers and you'll find this pride reflected in every fresh, beautiful and timely gift we deliver.
For this reason Flowers For Everyone offers a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you believe that our flowers or service is not up to the standard it should be, we encourage you to contact our customer service team so that we may begin to resolve the experience for you. So that resolutions may be made as quickly and effectively as possible, we ask that any complaints are made within 48 hours of the flower delivery. Where possible we ask that you also include images of the product so that we may see the evidence of your concerns. Beyond this point it is difficult to assess the true quality of the product as it is fresh produce and will deteriorate without proper care.
In our experience most situations can be resolved with a fresh redelivery of the order, or an upgraded delivery with an apology on our behalf, however we understand that each and every situation is different and unique, and requires individual consideration. For this reason each complaint will be assessed on a case by case basis.


General ordering Information & Flower Quality

At Flowers For Everyone we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that flowers are a perishable, natural product that will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions. Flowers For Everyone ensures that your flowers are of the freshest and highest quality and are hand selected each and everyday.

To assist in prolonging the life of your flowers, we recommend you read our Flower Care Guide to learn how to properly care for your flowers. 

Air conditioning, extreme heat or climate changes  may also have an adverse effect on the life of your flowers.

Special Delivery Instructions:

Where necessary, a specific delivery time can be requested for your order but unfortunately CANNOT be guaranteed unless prior arrangements have been made with one of our CALL CENTRE STAFF (Call 1800 66 66 46). Some special delivery requests may incur a sucharge. Where prior arrangements have not been made with a staff member, every effort will still be made to fulfill your request. Our standard delivery service covers business deliveries being made prior to 5pm, and residential deliveries may be delivered up until 6.30pm. For Funeral services we suggest that you contact our Call Centre staff directly to discuss your requirements.


Special Event delivery conditions;
For Guaranteed delivery for a Special Event (i.e Valentines Day, Mother's Day, Christmas), orders must be placed before 5.00pm AEST on the day before the order is required. Whilst every effort will be made in order to fulfill your requirements, we cannot guarantee them. In the case that delivery is unable to be made, the order will be delivered on the next available date. This is the case for Special Event periods only, otherwise our same day delivery policy applies.

Delivery on Weekdays
Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays: online orders placed BEFORE 12:00 pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) for business deliveries and BEFORE 1:00 pm AEST for residential deliveries can generally be delivered the same day. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. We will endeavour to fulfill your requirements but cannot guarantee them. If you have any other queries on time commitments please call Head Office on 1800 66 66 46.
If a Public Holiday is selected for delivery your order will automatically be delivered on the NEXT business day.

Delivery on Saturday
Saturday delivery is available, although the order must be placed BEFORE 10.00 a.m. AEST on Saturday.

Delivery for Sunday or Public Holidays
Sunday (except for Mother's Day) or Public Holiday deliveries are not available. Should you select Sunday or a Public Holiday for delivery, your order will automatically be delivered on the NEXT business day.



Urgent Delivery Requests

If you require urgent delivery on a Business Day (i.e. your order is placed after the above times AEST and you require same day delivery) please call Flowers For Everyone on 1800 66 66 46 or 61 2 9888 3878 during business hours Monday to Friday and notify us of this requirement.

Please Note: Additional delivery charges will apply.

If you require urgent delivery during a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday please contact us by telephone on 1800 66 66 46 or 61 2 9888 3878 PRIOR to placing your order to ensure that delivery time is feasible .

Attention to Detail - What You Have Ordered 

Due to seasonal availability with certain flowers and arrangements pictured on this website may vary slightly in design or appearance to what is delivered. If a particular flower, product or container is unavailable, an item of similar quality and value will be substituted.

Some flowers are affected by delivery and freight schedules, we will endeavour to advise you should this be the case. Flower availability varies between states and sometimes within the state, the florist may use their choice of flowers to ensure your delivery is dispatched on time, for the delivery date requested.

Cancellation of an Order

Please Note: ALL cancellations will incur an Administration and/or Processing fee. Please read our Cancellation Terms below.

Cancellations received within LESS THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 50% of the total order value.

Cancellations received with MORE THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a $15 administration fee.

Unfortunately, We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared, or, are with our courier for delivery.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Flowers For Everyone is not responsible if an incorrect address is supplied. Please be sure that you enter all the correct details at time of ordering and please enter as much information as possible. There is space for you to provide any special delivery instructions when you place your order and we encourage you to use it. 
If we are sent to an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge may apply to redirect the delivery.


Gifts which include Alcohol and Liquor

Flowers for Everyone sells food hampers and flower arrangements that both may be delivered with alcohol as gifts. This alcohol cannot be sold separately, but rather, may form part of a genuine gift only. The maximum volume of alcohol cannot exceed 2 Litres. In accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1998, we do not sell or supply alcohol to, or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Gifts which include alcohol cannot be delivered to the orderer/purchaser, nor can it be delivered to, or accepted by a minor, nor can the gift be left at the premises without being accepted by a adult.

Gifts must be delivered between the hours of 7am and 7pm.


If the recipient is not home

We do request that you check prior to ordering that someone will be at the address on the day of your requested delivery. 
If no one is at the given address to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the gift if it safe to do so.  If for some reason it is not safe leave we will leave a calling card and do our best to return to the address the same day, however, an additional delivery charge may apply.


Overseas and Interstate rural deliveries

Please note that some areas in some countries including remote rural areas in Australia may be classified as restricted by our delivery service. Deliveries to these locations may take up to 24-48 hours for delivery and may incur an additional delivery charge.


Product substitution

We endeavour to ensure all arrangements delivered are identical to the images advertised on our website. However flowers, plants, wrapping and containers are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery, our team of florists will do their upmost to substitute the product that is unavailable at the time to complement the image on the website. This policy applies so that we can ensure that the recipient receives the best possible blooms on the day of delivery This policy applies to all deliveries including regional/interstate and overseas deliveries. We reserve the right to substitute goods of equal or greater value.


Complaints

Any complaints must be made within 36 hours of delivery so that Flowers For Everyone to ensure the best possible resolution.
