If you are unhappy with your flowers after our simple care instructions have been followed, we urge you to contact us within 72 hours of receipt of flowers for a full replacement of your order. Please refer to `Refunds & Returns` further below. It is our expectation to meet your expectation.

We are in the business of helping people to feel good and/or celebrate through our flowers, and it is at the heart of everything we do. Operating since 1999, Flowers for Everyone aim to purchase the majority of its flowers and foliage directly from local farmers wherever possible, to ensure the best quality, fresh flowers are hand selected every day.
We are, however, selling a natural product that is fragile and perishable, ie. they have a limited life span, and we are unable to give an exact number of days they will remain fresh. Flowers will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions, and unfortunately once our product is dispatched for delivery, a number of changes in their surrounding condition may result in their longevity being reduced that is out of our control.
To assist, Flowers for Everyone include a Care Catalogue with all deliveries. Our care instructions must be followed thoroughly in order to maximise the life span and enjoyment of your flowers. To assist in prolonging their life, we recommend cutting the stems on a sharp angle and changing the water in the vase every two days. Air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in climate may also have an adverse effect on the flowers. Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult for Flowers for Everyone to guarantee the flower quality and longevity in every case.
On average, most flowers should last between 3 and 5 days. Should your flowers perish within three (3) days of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, Flowers for Everyone will be happy to resend replacement flowers at our expense, on a day/time you request. To assist us in assessing the product quality, Flowers for Everyone reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers (sent by text or email) within three days of the delivery date. This is a standard request that all florists will ask for in the event of customer complaints. IMPORTANT: To assist us in quality control, it is our policy to collect the original flowers so that we can show our growers/suppliers what has happened. As we are sure you can understand, we cannot arrange to resend fresh flowers if the original flowers have already been disposed of, or images within three days of delivery are unavailable.
As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call our Customer Service Department on 1800 66 66 46 FREE within three (3) days of delivery date to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your flowers sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.
Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased or to the paypal account, if that form of payment is selected. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.

Due to seasonal availability with certain flowers and arrangements pictured on this website may vary slightly in design or appearance to what is delivered. If a particular flower, product or container is unavailable, an item of similar quality and value will be substituted.
Some flowers are affected by delivery and freight schedules, we will endeavour to advise you should this be the case. Flower availability varies between states and sometimes within the state, the florist may use their choice of flowers to ensure your delivery is dispatched on time, for the delivery date requested.
We endeavour to ensure all arrangements delivered are identical to the images advertised on our website. However flowers, plants, wrapping and containers are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery, our team of florists will do their upmost to substitute the product that is unavailable at the time to complement the image on the website. This policy applies so that we can ensure that the recipient receives the best possible blooms on the day of delivery This policy applies to all deliveries including regional/interstate and overseas deliveries. We reserve the right to substitute goods of equal or greater value.
Where necessary, a specific delivery time can be requested for your order but unfortunately CANNOT be guaranteed unless prior arrangements have been made with one of our CALL CENTRE STAFF (Call 1800 66 66 46 FREE). Some special delivery requests may incur a surcharge. Where prior arrangements have not been made with a staff member, every effort will still be made to fulfill your request. Our standard delivery service covers business deliveries being made prior to 5pm. Residential deliveries may be delivered up until 7.00pm. For funeral services we suggest that you contact our Call Centre staff directly to discuss your requirements.
Monday to Friday (Excluding Public Holidays): Online orders placed BEFORE 1:00 pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) for business deliveries are guaranteed to arrive by 5pm on the same day. Online orders placed BEFORE 2:00 pm AEST for residential deliveries are guaranteed to be delivered the same day by 7.00pm. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times, however we will endeavour to fulfill your requirements to the best of our abilities. If a Sunday or Public Holiday is selected for delivery your order will automatically be delivered on the NEXT business day.
Saturday: No problems! Our fleet of driver guarantee that orders placed online or by phone BEFORE 10.00 a.m. AEST on Saturday will be safely delivered by 5pm the same day.

As Valentine's Day is one of the busiest days in the florist calendar, we will be working around the clock in the weeks leading up to, and on Valentine's Day, to coordinate the logistics of delivering your roses. We would like to emphasise the following conditions around delivery on this super romantic, yet super busy day!
Due to delivery volume on Valentine's Day, no changes to orders can be made after 18:00 AEST Sunday 12th February for Tuesday 14th deliveries.
We are unable to guarantee delivery times on the 13th or 14th February - roses will be delivered anytime between 9-5pm (business) and 9-7pm (residential).
No re-directs will be possible if the recipient has left the delivery address for the day, however we will try, where at all possible, to accommodate your needs if this situation does arise. We thank you for your understanding!
Mothers Day Delivery
• Mothers Day delivery is available for Sunday the 8th May 2016. Deliveries to businesses will be made between 9am and 5pm, and deliveries to residences will be made between 9am and 7pm. Due to the high volume of orders we receive at this time, we are unable to guarantee time requests or specific delivery times. Please call us on 1800 66 66 46 if you require further information.

Please be sure that you enter all the correct details at time of ordering and please enter as much information as possible. There is space for you to provide any special delivery instructions when you place your order and we encourage you to use it. If we are sent to an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge may apply to redirect the delivery.
Gifts Which Include Alcohol and Liquor
Flowers for Everyone sells food hampers and flower arrangements that both may be delivered with alcohol as gifts. This alcohol cannot be sold separately, but rather, may form part of a genuine gift only. The maximum volume of alcohol cannot exceed 2 Litres. In accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1998, we do not sell or supply alcohol to, or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Gifts which include alcohol cannot be delivered to the orderer/purchaser, nor can it be delivered to, or accepted by a minor, nor can the gift be left at the premises without being accepted by a adult.
Gifts must be delivered between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
We do request that you check prior to ordering that someone will be at the address on the day of your requested delivery. If no one is at the given address to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the gift if it safe to do so. If for some reason it is not safe leave we will leave a calling card and do our best to return to the address the same day, however, an additional delivery charge may apply.
Our network of quality affiliate florists throughout Australia and overseas work with us to get your order delivered. Please note that some areas overseas, or in remote rural areas in Australia, may be classified as restricted by our delivery service. Deliveries to these locations may take up to 24-48 hours for delivery and may incur an additional delivery charge.
