Service rating : Delivery was on time. The online store was ok, too. Haven`t interacted with customer service yet, so I can`t speak anything with regards to that. Product : I ordered the 12 roses with Bunny pack. They arrived on time and the roses were in good condition. But the Bunny wasn`t as advertised. The product advertises a pink-ish Bunny, but they delivered a sort of dusty-blue/gray Bunny. I tried ordering again, perhaps I had missed something the first time I ordered. But no, it looks like there`s just no way to select Bunny preferences. All you see under the product is "as shown" or "as displayed". Or, if there is a way to select Bunny colors, it is not made obvious. It`s not the end of the world that we received a different color Bunny, but at least it should have been made clear that they ran out of pink, or at least don`t advertise with "as shown", and instead add a disclaimer that color may vary.
