Service rating : I’ve worked in customer service myself for over 25 years, 20 years as a flight attendant so I think I might know what I’m talking about. When a customer admits to making an error, the very least the business could do is offer a discount on a next order and offer assistance in making the customer feel as though they are still be listened to and cared for. In this instance, Flowers for Everyone gave me a blanket response, spoke over me and treated me like my $170 spend meant nothing even though 2 orders of $85 from someone wanting thank people was actually way above my budget but I spent it anyway. I will never recommend this service to anyone even though the flowers were stunning, the customer service and delivery process was a disaster. Product : I was told by the recipient of the flowers that they were stunning, such a shame the customer service was awful. Flowers were beautiful! $15 for delivery per bunch? I made 2 purchases of $80 each and was charged $30 for delivery fees! I purchased 4 beds and had them delivered and carried up 3 flights of stairs for $80!
