Service rating : Flowers were aged and some of them were missjng, the leafs were partially dead. There was a wire holding certain flowers together from my understanding wires are used because the flowers are damaged and to hold them together the wire method is deployed!!! Also in less than 24 hours the balloons were going down and looked miserable just like the flowers -not happy at all!!!
Product : No value for money at all, pictures looks great thought!!!
