Service rating : Appalling customer experience and wasted $330 arrangement!! I feel robbed! Beware before you purchase, this company doesn`t care about quality or their customers` experience! They will happily take your money but will not take full responsibility of their mistakes or provide a replacement arrangement! I recently repurchased `when only the best will do!` - what a joke!! They horribly misarranged a massive $330 bouquet tightly in a small vase damaging stems and leaving no room for watering! Orchids and flowers started dying from the second day! On unwrapping the vase, my gift recipient noticed some flower stems were so short they didn`t even reach the water by the second day but could barely add water to a cramped vase!! Most of the lilies rotted without even blooming! When my gift recipient told me to provide the company some feedback, I tried to contact them and we have been going back and forth for over a week trying to get them to believe us and do the right thing! But they continue to ignore the feedback and complaint that this arrangement started dying within 24hrs, they refuse to believe their customers` word and insist only on pictures as proof - which my gift recipient unfortunately did not take! They ignore that this was not the case with the same arrangement in July! They don`t even care about customer loyalty... Since Mothers day last year to date, I have spent just under $1100 in orders from them and this the first time I have ever complained and all they offer is a measly $100 credit voucher!! Makes me think this probably happened every time but my gift recipients didn`t have the heart to complain to me about their poor quality gift - I`ll be sure to find out!! So with this deeply disappointing experience, you have officially lost a loyal customer - congratulations!! I WILL NEVER USE `FLOWERS FOR EVERYONE` AGAIN!! You can even keep the voucher!
