Initially used this company as they had a same day delivery service. I accidentally placed an order at the wrong hospital and quickly tried to call the hotline to inform them of the incorrect address. Unfortunately because it was past 12pm Sat they were closed. I told my receiver about the mistake and if they driver calls to redirect delivery and I would pay the difference. Unfortunately the driver did call me to explain that this was not possible and that I had to wait until Monday to rectify the delivery address. Pro at least the gift was returned to depot. I’m hopeful that the company will contact me today to redirect the gift to the appropriate address. My receiver goes home from hospital on Monday so she won’t get the gift during her hospital stay.
