Their team swiftly phoned me and helped me organize a lovely alternative bunch. The service was swift, helpful and friendly, even during the busy time in the lead up to Christmas. I think that the company should look at changing their delivery people. The flowers I ordered were meant to be delivered on the Monday and finally got delivered on the Wednesday because they couldn`t find the address. On the plus side customer service staff did all they could and were very helpful and the flowers were beautiful.

Service rating : The only good thing I have to say is that they responded to my complaint promptly and refunded my money. I was offered a replacement but freshness was not guaranteed, so I got my money back.
Product : The flowers I ordered for my mom’s birthday arrived in TERRIBLE shape. The hydrangeas looked burnt and the roses were wilting, even the foliage looked like they were cut days ago. This is the second time and I can’t help but to think they may be taking advantage of online customers who may not be able to see the bouquets delivered.
