2017-03-31 I ended up asking for a refund as the flowers weren`t delivered and I found out through the person I had sent them to. When I called on Monday (delivery was Friday) they advised they only contact durinv business hours. It was 2pm Monday, I asked why so long to advise, they said `we open til 6` insinuating they had plenty of time left to call me. Service was absolutely terrible.
