2021-04-11 They were nothing like the picture or what was discussed over the phone, why ribbon when you said stems were available to put around the vase ! It looks so very cheap and I am so disappointed. I could have purchased a better arrangement from Woolworths! Why on earth did you destroy the stems and cut them so short I could have put them together so much better myself. Will never order from you again so disappointed. This was to be for a very special birthday for a staff member your arrangement didn`t even begin to express what we wanted it to express 😠
And the fluro yellow label was at the front of the vase??? which made it look so much worse! And the bunny was to be incl in the one package! The flowers look a lot shorter in reality!
