Service rating : Went through the full order system online before told the requested flower was not available in perth. Annoying. Went through again to choose second option. Ordered. Messaged following day (due day) that not enough of chosen flower available asked if other colours to be substituted. Unfortunately any surprise was spoilt because the recipient received the call asking about the flower change. Very annoyed.
Product : Supplied in a fairly plain box without any sense of occasion. No special gift look to them. Product itself was fine.

The flowers were amazing, even better than the web site photo but the wine did not arrive in the gift pack with bow that I had ordered. When I contacted FFE about this, they offered to refund or credit my account the difference in cost. The offer was much appreciated, hence the GOOD rating.

Pretty dissapointed they did not show up until 7pm, and quite annoyed the deliverer did not follow instructions to ring my apartment number and they called the recipient directly, thus ruining the surprise. The card/message was also very poorly presented, lazily and thoughtlessly hidden inside a packet of advertising material.
The flowers were in good condition inside a nice box.
Overall, a bad experience and I regret ordering through this company.
