2020-09-18 The item was delivered on time and the recipient was really happy. However I did not see the log in button so invariably I assumed that I could claim my 10% as a member later on online. When I got to the end of the ordering I could do no more. My husband rang the next day assuming their would be some help and advice only to be told that because of MY error nothing could be done.
