I wanted a special bouquet of flowers to be sent to a very ill cousin to brighten her day. I choose the "Summer Garden Bouquet" from Flowers for Everyone web site.
I have been told the bouquet arrived and is beautiful. From the initial contact of placing the order to the delivery was excellent. Thank you to everyone involved with Flowers for Everyone.

Service rating : I had requested delivery before midday as person receiving was only at the business address until that time.When I called FfE I was told by customer service that No delivery time could be guaranteed and was unfortunate that flowers would be delivered and not to the recipient, by the time requested, on the date booked. I would have anticipated that as I had booked and paid for flowers 48 hours previously, the time slot for delivery could have been met.

Service rating : I am a flower lover member and have received many emails over the last few months. When I made the order yesterday I entered my email address in the sign up/log in section and assumed my ID had entered and the discount included. I was working at the time and rushing and didn`t realise until afterwards that the 10% discount hadn`t been included. When I contacted your customer service they said that nothing could be done because I hadn`t signed on properly when purchasing. That`s poor customer service! Why should I show loyalty to Flowers for Everyone and view emails consistently if you don`t return the loyalty to me as a customer? As you`re aware there are many alternatives out there.
