Service rating : Flowers were delivered on time, however I had an issue with the flowers and sent an email to customer service and haven’t even received a response.
Product : Ordered for Mother’s Day and extremely disappointed and embarrassed at the bouquet that was delivered. What was received looked nothing like the photo shown. There were no fragrant purple stock, no dainty pink native wax flowers, no gorgeous pink hydrangeas. There were also no lilac purple carnations and there were only four roses, when there are certainly a lot more pictured on the website. For the price paid, it was so disappointing, I’ve seen better bouquets at woolies or coles. Sent an email to customer service and haven’t even received a response.

I put the flowers in water as soon as they arrived (2.30 pm) , by the next day flowers start dying.
Normally they live for few days.
Also they didn`t look the same as the picture.
