Service rating : It was a bit nerve racking from Canada. I got your thank you and your survey and then my visa charge but no delivery had been made and no notice that you were unable to deliver the flowers. I Guess that this was really no fault of yours but I had to discover this on my own. However I called my friend who eventually called you to set up a time for delivery. This all happened after a week from the order. Just lately I received that the delivery had been made. All worked out!!

Service rating : Just after ordering flowers for my mum on hospital interstate I found out ward she was was respiratory ward where flowers aren`t allowed. Flowers For Everyone were so warm, helpful & professional - a simple phone call and they had no problem changing order to balloons, teddy & chocolates. She loved it, especially as she got to take it home to keep later. The florist in Brisbane even rang me on the delivery day to confirm the change. All my flower deliveries will be with this company in future.
Product : As was to my mum in an interstate hospital respiratory ward where flowers aren`t allowed, this was changed to A Latex Balloon Bouquet with one Get Well Foil Balloon, a Small Pink Teddy & a Box of Teddy Shaped Chocolates. My mother was thrilled - especially as she got to take the items home later to keep, whereas flowers don`t last forever (well...except the chocolates - I suspect they never made it out of the hospital doors)

Service rating : I`d expect the flowers to be delivered promptly, and they tried but the hospital wouldn`t allow flowers in that ward. Flowers for everyone rang me and told me the situation. Then without me needing to prompt them, they offered to try everyday until the hospital would allow the delivery (i.e. when the patient moved rooms). They also promised to create a fresh box of flowers so that it wouldn`t be old when it was delivered.
Product : I didn`t see it for real, but it looked good in the photo and was very appreciated.
