Service rating : Friendly on the phone however driver didn`t speak English and therefore could not address my concerns regarding the flowers on delivery.
Product : I was quite disappointed upon receiving these three bunches of flowers. All three bunches looked like they had been lying down with other items rested on them as they looked flattened. My aunty had to open the hessian and adjust the flower arrangement to make them presentable. The flowers themselves were lovely,but poorly presented. Was stated on the order I would receive a candle when ordering a bunch of flowers, but I only received one candle despite three bunches ordered. Disappointed as I was buying this to add as a gift. When I asked the driver about the candles she said she couldn`t speak English. Sorry, but I will not be using this service again.
