More foliage, better wrapping choice (such as woven material = vintage feel) would have been better. The flower water additive was also missing.

The flowers were exceptional however the delivery services left a little to be desired. The flowers were meant to be a surprise however the person they were meant to be delivered to not at the location, having ducked out for a few minutes. No time estimate was given for the delivery and as such I could not coordinate for the recipient to be there at that time. When the driver couldnt drop off the flowers immediately he was very short and inappropriate to the other members of the store because he could not find the recipient. This almost ruined the entire purpose of the surprise. In future perhaps a little more courtesy is required as well as a rough time of delivery. A phone call half an hour before arrival would have been sufficient.
