Service rating : Barangaroo store rang and said they didn`t have the right combination of flowers for what I ordered, but I was happy for them to make up something similar. Not sure when the flowers were delivered though... Got an email one day later, hoping they were delivered the day I ordered.

Have used this service more than 4 times. Arrangements always looks exactly like the picture and they deliver on time and email to advise when delivered. Most recently the recipient sent me a text a few minutes after they let me know the delivery had been made.

Service rating : The flowers I chose to be delivered to my daughter in Brisbane were only for Sydney delivery, so I had to go back to the florist and choose another arrangement. Of course, the assistant should have known this in the first place.However, I was happy with my second choice and the service I received on my second visit.
