Service rating : This is the second time FFE have failed me. I purchased some flowers from their website, only to have them email me on the delivery day saying they don`t have those flowers in stock. Same thing happened 6 months ago. I chose these guys specifically because they had my girlfriend`s favourite flowers available on their website. Turns out it was a cached website from Google, which FFE had removed from their website because the flower was out of season. I spoke with the FFE representative and they explained what had happened. Whilst this didn`t get me my flowers on the big day, it did explain the issue. I recommended a fix, and they said they`d look into it.
