Not only did the flower arrangement they delivered has less value than the one I paid for ((15 roses became 8,long orchid stems became small short ones), they also did not get back to me for a month when I wrote to them and when they replied, they denied all the problems.
Product : The flower arrangement they delivered was less valuable than what I had ordered. They replaced the mums, 15 roses became 8 and long orchid stem buds became small and short ones. Poor customer service: lacking of response and problem denial. It was a bad experience!
