I have been using Flowers for Everyone for a numbers of years, mainly your city location on Kent Street. I have always found your bouquets of superior quality, long lasting and fairly priced. However, this time while the flowers were good, I have become used to your previous higher standard. The flowers weren`t as fresh and have not lasted anywhere near as long.
Maybe is the one delivery but based on the recent experience previous to others, I would say that your overall approach has broadened (delivery locations, website, range etc) but your quality has suffered in the process. I preferred the small, boutique and great quality florist we had before.

One lot of flowers were nothing to what I had order & the other, I ordered deluxe to only find out that a standard bunch was delivered (but yet I was charged for a deluxe. makes one think how often one has been ripped off). I can say that FFE have been fantastic in crediting refunding me for their suppliers doings but it`s not always about the money it`s about the person receiving them, I order specific flowers for particular occasions so that the affection is established by the person at the receiving end.
And this is why I will be taking my business to one of their many opponents!

Service rating : I ordered the flowers on line to be delivered the same day. I received a phone call from a lady by the name of Rose the next morning who was very apologetic as the order was not received due to an IT issue. I would like to say that Rose was excellent in her customer service and added a bottle of wine to the flowers ordered as compensation which did get delivered on this day instead. I would like Rose to be complemented on her sincerity in apologising and for assisting me with the compensation for the flowers not being delivered on the correct day if at all possible. I believer from the number given she is based in Sydney.
