Service rating : Unreliable and disappointing Product : o whom it may concern Genuinely appreciate your outstanding commitment in sending the flowers on time. This is for your urgent attention, It’s very disappointing, after providing very specific instructions, it has not been actioned. The bouquet is much smaller than what’s in the picture in your website. There are several more white roses in the bouquet, additional foliage whilst you have included a couple only. I trusted your service. This is for my best friend who lost his father overseas and could not even say goodbye. I requested the pink wrap remains and an additional black transparent/ jute wrap is included with black and white ribbon and the message included. And a Vase. I can only see cardboard. The bouquets you have for $53 are much nicer bigger, well presented which I have sent before. This is quite heart wrenching. I genuinely trusted I have the service taken care of by the best professionals. I hope you can do something about this and send her another replacement ethically presented as charged.
