2023-02-16 Service rating : Firstly, you were supposed to send me an email when the flowers were going to be dispatched but I NEVER GOT ONE!! Do you have any idea that I didn’t sleep that evening because I’m in the UK and was watching out for it if you sent the flowers already.

Secondly, I ordered HOT PINK ROSES and the flowers that was sent was RED ROSES!!
