They did an amazing job, but I would recommend that there should be a medium to know whether the package has been properly delivered or not. I believe there was a slight change in the smaller flowers scattered throughout (I am guessing the ones in the picture were not in season or not available, which they do state down in the description that this can happen) and I actually ended up loving the replacement flowers better then the original! Absolutely beautiful and I’ll definitely be buying more flowers from here in the future

The flowers I ordered are beautiful.... however we nearly didn`t receive them, and for this reason I would like to make a complaint.
At 5.30pm an unknown lady knocked on the door with the flowers and told my wife they had been left at her house! Lucky she was honest or we would never had received them. The order details were correct and the delivery slip very clearly states the correct address. Our house is easy to find as it is well numbered. There is no reason for this mistake other than carelessness. Therefore I am very disappointed and felt the need to voice this.
Why wasn`t I provided with a phone call or message to state you were on the way or the flowers had been delivered?
This was an important occasion for us which we entrusted you with and in the future will consider my other options.
To date I have had no reply from the Company???

Service rating : The online website was so easy to navigate and so was the payment method. I phoned the company to ask when the flowers would be delivered- they couldn`t give me an exact time, however they explained why and they were incredibly polite.
Product : I sent the `Pink Pot` flowers to my mum and she said "they were the freshest flowers I`ve ever received." I was so happy they were sent just as beautiful as they looked on the site!
